The volume of corporate finance transactions advised by Garanti Securities, to date, totaled US$14.6 billion.Garanti Securities advised Privatization Administration for the privatization of Başkent Natural Gas Distribution company in 2010.

In 2011, Garanti Securities completed the IPO of Bizim Toptan as sole domestic bookrunner. The total IPO size was USD 250 million.
